Thirteen years turning designs into products people use.

I've spent 13 years building production web apps for US clients, mostly in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and WordPress.

Right now I lead a team of seven at Easy Dental Marketing, the Austin agency I worked with for five years before they asked me back. I'm also the only developer on a Next.js learning platform that 5,000+ students use every day across 70+ franchise locations.

Before this I was CTO at Butlr.ai, where we took a hotel product from pilot to five paying hotels and over 1,000 users, and I cofounded Patient Form, a HIPAA compliant healthcare SaaS. The work I enjoy most is frontend architecture, making pages fast, reviewing code, and mentoring the developers around me.

    A learning platform shared by a whole franchise network. Each location runs as its own tenant, and franchise owners, teachers, and students each get their own experience, with access controlled by role. I designed and built it alone and still run it, from the database to the AWS hosting.

  1. Mar 2025 – Present

    Technical Lead, WordPress & SEO

    Easy Dental Marketing · Contract · Austin, Texas · Remote

    • Came back to a former employer to run a team of seven: four WordPress developers, a Figma designer, and two SEO specialists.
    • Ship one or two client sites every two months, each theme written from scratch off the Figma files. No templates, no page builders.
    • Own code review, theme architecture, and technical scoping with clients across several builds at once.
    • Wire ACF, Gravity Forms, and outside booking and patient management systems into each custom theme.
    • Run SEO alongside development, so search is planned into every build from day one instead of patched in after launch.

  2. Mar 2025 – Aug 2026

    Chief Technology Officer

    Butlr.ai · Hospitality SaaS · Mumbai, India · Remote

    • Joined at pilot stage and led all engineering for a B2B hotel platform covering mobile ordering, booking, task management, and guest feedback.
    • Built an AI chat assistant end to end with Next.js and the Gemini API. Guests book services and order food just by talking to it, and it plugs straight into the platform's booking and ordering systems.
    • Took the product from pilot to five paying hotels and 1,000+ active users.
    • Owned system architecture, frontend delivery, and cloud infrastructure in a company of eight.

  3. Jul 2022 – Mar 2025

    Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

    • Started the company with the owner of Easy Dental Marketing to turn a product from my time there into its own SaaS.
    • Designed and shipped a HIPAA compliant platform for digital patient forms, electronic signatures, document upload, and live analytics.
    • Rolled it out to five paying dental practices, handling 100 to 150 patient submissions a day.
    • Built the API that partner systems connect through, and owned cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and data compliance.

  4. Jun 2017 – Jun 2022

    Lead Frontend Developer

    Easy Dental Marketing · Austin, Texas · Remote

    • Ran a team of five developers building custom WordPress themes and plugins for US dental and healthcare clients, shipping one or two sites a month for five years.
    • Moved client sites off static HTML onto custom WordPress themes, and made them load faster by optimising images and assets, adding caching, and stripping out bloated legacy code.
    • Wrote every theme by hand in PHP with ACF. None of them sat on an existing theme or a page builder.
    • Reviewed code and mentored junior developers on architecture and frontend practice.
    • Received the 2019 Appreciation Award from Hindu Charities for America (HC4A) for graphic design and website support.

    • Started and ran an agency covering design, development, and marketing, delivering 150+ projects for 70+ clients across many industries.
    • Built custom websites and web apps with WordPress, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.

    • Handled everything before the build myself: scoping, proposals, estimates, and technical advice.
